We will be talking about how small organizations have to behave at a level that sets them apart from bigger corporations. Small businesses have to focus on establishing a positive image and creating a name for themselves to be successful and to survive. Small business principles force owners to think/behave at a higher micro and macro level to be sustainable. A lot of small businesses fail, often times because of the lack of key skills such as decision making and effective planning.
